Lawrence W. Freiman

Lawrence Freiman is an employment trial lawyer and mediator. He represents employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage cases, defends a small number of employers, and mediates employment disputes for other lawyers' clients.

He was admitted in Nevada in 2008, California in 2013, and Washington in 2025. Freiman Legal is his firm. He is its only lawyer.

Practice

Lawrence has handled employment cases against employers of every size, from family businesses to national companies, and has resolved hundreds of them at mediation and taken the rest toward trial. He works every case himself. Clients get his cell phone, not a case manager.

Mediation

He trained as a mediator at Pepperdine University's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and now mediates employment disputes in person and by video.
