Lawrence W. Freiman, Esq., has been honored with the title of Super Lawyer for 2020 and 2021. Lawrence has worked as both a Plaintiff's attorney and defense attorney and has focused on civil litigation for over 12 years. He has represented countless individuals against insurance companies and employers of all sizes, many of which are Fortune 500, and some even Fortune 100 and Fortune 5 Companies. Lawrence is licensed to practice law in all courts in California and Nevada. Lawrence is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada, Supreme Court of California, Supreme Court of Nevada, all United States District Courts in California and Nevada and and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Lawrence is a trial attorney and has obtained successful jury verdicts after trial. In Cappuccio v. Pepperdine University, the jury returned an unanimous $120,000 verdict after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Central District involving claims of retaliation regarding California overtime pay violations. In another matter against a large corporate hospital in San Bernardino Superior Court, the jury returned a seven-figure verdict of over $1,000,000. That matter also involved retaliation for a worker that blew the whistle on workplace safety violations.
Graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, Lawrence was awarded the Alumni Leadership Scholarship. Mr. Freiman then graduated from Southwestern University School of Law where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas.
