If I request repairs, can my Landlord evict me?

A Landlord is presumed to have engaged in retaliation if you inform your Landlord that your home is uninhabitable and within 180 days of that, your Landlord takes negative action against you such as threatening to, or actually evicting you, increases your rent or takes other illegal action against you.

RETALIATION BY YOUR LANDLORD IS ILLEGAL!

The only person that can physically remove you from your residential rental unit is the County Sheriff!
